Description
This training course aims to give trainees knowledge, understanding and basic skills in recruitment and selection processes. It introduces trainees to the skills required to undertake a fair and objective approach to the recruitment and selection process in order to ensure the successful appointment of candidates who are likely to perform. The length of training may vary depending on the objectives covered, the ratio of trainee/instructor and the ability and previous experience of the trainees. The delivery of training is theory based.
